Transfer / Moving

If you are moving away from our service area

please contact us at 812-936-9658. To end your service we will need the end date of the service and a forwarding address to send your final bill/deposit refund. If you have a deposit on file we will use that to cover your final bill and issue you a refund for any amount left over.

If you are transferring to another property on our service, please contact us so we can change the service address. If you have a deposit on file, we will transfer it to the new service address.
