New Customer
New Account at Existing Location:
For customer’s wanting to start a new service please contact us at 812-936-9658 to begin the process. When you call, we will get your basic information (Name, billing address, service address, phone number, social security number). A $130.00 deposit is required for new residential customers. If you have had service with us in the past and have left owing a balance on that account, a deposit of $150.00 will be required in addition to paying the balance left on the old account. We also require all new customers to sign a customer agreement and provide a copy of their driver’s license or ID. A deposit of $200.00 is required for new business customers.
New Location:
If there is no meter setting at the location a tap in fee will be required to set a meter. The tap in fee for a basic 5/8” residential meter is $1,500.00. If a road bore is needed the cost will be an additional $300.00. Please contact us to verify the tap in amount based on the needs of your water service.
