Leaks
Our meters
have the capability of notifying us when the water has been flowing for 24 hours straight. If your meter alerts us to a possible leak, we will contact you with the provided phone number that we have on file. Please make sure you keep your contact information updated with us. If we cannot reach you by phone, we will note on your bill that your meter is indicating a leak.
Toilets are known as silent leaks because they usually go undetected. We provide dye strips in the office to test your toilet if you think that may be the cause of your high usage.
